Founded by chefs Daniel Juangorena and Samantha Mata, Eatery Concepts is not only a platform that aims to provide accessible and delicious food options to the public, but is also an exercise in our creativity and chemistry as partners. Our decade’s worth of experience in the culinary industry and proficiency in different cuisines have allowed us to hone our talents and tastes, and this venture is a way for us to channel everything we’ve learned into creating something we can call our own, something that will hopefully find its way onto your plates and in your tummies.
Fritters is Eatery’s first concept, providing delicious comfort food at your fingertips. Inspired by the food we grew up with (in Daniel’s Mexican and Samantha’s Filipino households respectively), Fritters’ offerings include arepas, buñuelos, lumpia, and turon, among others. With sandwiches, soups, and classic fried food from chicken and seafood to potatoes and dough, there’s bound to be something for everyone, be it for a quick bite on-the-go or a gathering with family and friends at home.
Catering is our second concept, providing customers with large format options for bigger events. For us, there’s nothing more satisfying than bringing people together through our food, and we hope to create moments and memories you can look back on with each bite.  
Following these first two concepts, the possibilities are endless. As we strive to provide you with well-crafted food, we also hope to find ways to lift up our fellow chefs in the community through skills development and collaborative efforts down the line.
